Job Summary
Retail Associate – Live Goods at Stein's Garden & Home in Wauwatosa, WI. Greet customers and build relationships, assist with needs-based product selection, educate customers on horticulture and seasonal merchandise, support merchandising and operational procedures, manage stock and presentation, operate POS accurately, assist in floral decorations and home décor displays, and participate in learning and development activities. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and collaborate across departments to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
