Job Summary
Associate - Live Goods in Mequon, WI retail environment who greets, assists, and educates customers to select the right floral and home décor merchandise; supports merchandising and operational procedures, stock rotation, and signage updates; operates the POS with accuracy; collaborates with management and participates in product knowledge and development activities; cross-trains across departments and contributes to a welcoming, customer-focused store atmosphere; capable of working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain or shine.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment.
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills.
