Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer experience in a retail garden/home décor setting by greeting customers, building relationships, and guiding them to select the right horticulture and seasonal merchandise. Assist management with merchandising, operational procedures, stock and rotate products, and ensure signage and display quality. Cross-train across departments, operate POS with accuracy, and contribute to floral decorations and décor displays. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain or shine
