Job Summary
Oversee condo sales and residential leasing across multiple communities while executing strategies to achieve sales, occupancy, and revenue targets. Monitor performance metrics to recommend actions that improve conversion, absorption, and leasing velocity, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for purchasers, residents, and realtor partners. Lead pricing and market strategy by analyzing conditions and competitor activity to develop recommendations that support leadership decisions. Manage contracts and compliance by overseeing transaction documentation from offer to completion, coordinating with legal counsel and mortgage professionals. Deliver meaningful reporting through dashboards, forecasts, and financial models that track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights. Develop and standardize sales and leasing processes to increase efficiency and automate workflows. Collaborate with community managers and cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals and contribute market intelligence for project planning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, leasing, development, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of residential real estate contracts, transaction processes, and applicable legislation
- Experience analyzing market trends and comparable data to develop pricing recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
- Experience working with CRM and sales reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's licence
- The ability to travel between project locations as required
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record check
