Job Summary
Sells new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, determining vehicle preferences, explaining features, demonstrating operation ( showroom or on test drive ), proposing optional equipment, computing and quoting sales price (including tax, trade-in, and discounts), completing sales paperwork, arranging delivery and registration, researching model availability, engaging in business development, addressing customer concerns, maintaining CSI, following safety and company policies, and upholding the dealership’s core values. The role requires regular attendance, ability to communicate effectively, and the ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
