Job Summary
Sales & Leasing Agent responsible for selling and leasing homes within the community, conducting tours, assisting with applications, generating leads through multiple channels (phone, email, social media, flyers), coordinating with internal teams and external entities, and organizing resident events. Requires excellent communication, self-motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision, proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, and willingness to work some evenings and weekends. In-state driver’s license is required; state-specific sales licensing must be obtained within 90 days where applicable; prior customer service/sales experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
