Sales & Leasing Agent

Facilitate sales and leasing operations by tracking prospects, scheduling appointments, conducting tours, and assisting with applications and closings. Generate leads through phone calls, email, social media, and physical flyer distribution to connect with prospective residents. Act as a liaison between internal departments, external entities, and applicants while collaborating with management to monitor homes for move-in readiness. Organize resident events, hold open houses, and attend required company meetings and trainings. Work evenings and weekends as needed to support sales events and community engagement initiatives.
