Job Summary
Sales & Leasing Agent responsible for facilitating sales and leasing of homes within the community, including prospect tracking, tours, application assistance, open houses, and liaison activities; must leverage marketing/advertising channels (phone, email, social media, flyers) to generate leads and connect with current and prospective residents, with duties supporting move-ins, coordination with internal teams, and events; strong communication, self-motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision, proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software, and capacity to work some evenings/weekends; requires in-state driver’s license and, where applicable, state-specific sales licensing within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- A valid in-state driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must obtain state-specific sales licensing within 90 days of employment where applicable
