Job Summary
SEAL program combines Sales, Engineering, and Marketing with 6-month assignments across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales. Participants receive mentoring, buddy partnerships, job shadowing, travel with mentors, and a cohort experience. Develop broad knowledge of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing; demonstrate leadership, planning, and analytical skills; and contribute to customer value while rotating through product training, facility tours, and customer interactions. Requires a B.S. in Industrial Distribution, Business, or Engineering; Milwaukee location for first 6 months; open to relocation within the USA after program; must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. The program emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional exposure, and networking within Regal Rexnord’s sales ecosystem.

- Open to work in Inside Sales or Outside Sales and relocation within the USA after the program
