Job Summary
Part-time Sales Leader at Norman’s Hallmark (Prices Corner) in Wilmington, DE. Lead a caring, customer-focused retail experience, act as primary on-floor knowledge resource, and supervise/train staff while driving store goals. Responsibilities include infusing the Customer CARE program, enrolling customers in Crown Rewards, supervising staff in the absence of store management, operating the register system to ensure a positive POS experience, utilizing strong selling skills to build sales and customer satisfaction, maintaining displays, and proactively learning product knowledge to improve customer interactions. The role emphasizes relationship-building, teamwork, and excellence in every aspect of the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher
- Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds
