Job Summary
Sales Leader for a Part Time role at Norman’s Hallmark in Glen Mills, PA. Drives retail sales through genuine customer engagement, mentors staff, and supports store management in their absence. Responsible for enrolling customers in Crown Rewards, maintaining product knowledge, restocking displays, operating the POS system, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requires supervisory retail experience, the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a High School diploma or GED. The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting store goals, and maintaining a caring team atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher
- Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds
