Job Summary
Sales Leader for Norman’s Hallmark in Lancaster, PA seeking a Part-Time retail supervisor to lead store operations, supervise staff, train team on new products and processes, drive Crown Rewards enrollment goals, maintain displays, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory and customer service experience, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Must be able to stand/walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and work with the store team to meet sales goals and deliver a caring customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher
- Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure
- Prior customer service experience
