Job Summary
Conduct daily sales, service, and relationship-building by providing product recommendations, managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and handling curbside deliveries. Open and close the store at least three times weekly while overseeing product sets, stocking, and housekeeping duties. Support store management by training new employees, sharing brand expertise, and ensuring the shopping environment remains warm and inviting. Uphold company policies and deliver an exceptional consumer experience that drives store productivity and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week, and also work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including but not limited to events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in (specialty) retail, sales, or customer service.
