Job Summary
Sales Leader role in a part-time retail setting focused on driving sales and customer service, shaping in-store customer experience, and supporting store leadership. Responsibilities include delivering product recommendations and solutions, sharing product knowledge, assisting with stockroom duties, inventory management, curbside orders, and contributing to achieving store sales goals. The position emphasizes leadership within the team, opening/closing duties, and adherence to company policies and routines while delivering an engaging and friendly shopping environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week, and also work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including but not limited to events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
