Job Summary
Sales Leader (Part-Time) to provide exemplary selling and customer service in a retail store, driving sales, managing inventory and stockroom duties, and supporting store leadership. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming shopping environment, product knowledge sharing, assisting customers with card and gift solutions, merchandising, stock replenishment, processing shipments, curbside deliveries, and helping meet store sales goals. Qualifications call for at least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience, ability to work opening/closing shifts, two weekend shifts monthly, and legal eligibility to work in the United States. Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent and additional retail experience. Strong communication, customer-focused selling, adaptability, technology proficiency, and the ability to train new staff are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week, and also work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including but not limited to events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
