Job Summary
Drive daily store operations including associate training, stockroom management, and merchandise flow to maximize sales potential. Provide in-the-moment coaching on floor execution, customer service, and visual presentation standards while building effective schedules for optimal coverage. Partner with Store Management to deliver feedback on performance and resolve customer service issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute action plans that optimize results and model expert knowledge of products, policies, and promotions. Lead product launches and window changes while maintaining strict adherence to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
