Job Summary
Drive daily store operations at the Mall Of Georgia location, including overseeing checkout, managing stockroom tasks, and executing merchandise flow for shipments and replenishment. Provide in-the-moment coaching and training to associates on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to maximize sales potential and ensure efficient floor execution. Build effective schedules to guarantee appropriate associate coverage, resolve customer service issues, and model the customer experience standard while partnering with Store Management on performance feedback.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Previous retail experience preferred
