Job Summary
Drive daily store operations, including floor management, stockroom oversight, and merchandise flow for Express and Bonobos brands. Provide in-the-moment coaching and training to associates on product, policies, and procedures while building effective schedules to ensure proper coverage. Partner with Store Management to deliver feedback on performance, resolve customer service issues, and execute action plans that optimize sales results. Lead product launches, window changes, and visual presentation standards to uphold company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
