Job Summary
Drive daily store operations by executing action plans, managing stockroom activities, and ensuring appropriate associate coverage for seamless customer experiences. Provide in-the-moment coaching and training to maximize sales potential while resolving service issues and leading product launches. Build effective schedules, monitor team performance, and model customer service standards to deliver efficient floor operations and visual presentation excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Previous retail experience preferred
