Job Summary
Drive daily store operations, including floor management, stockroom oversight, and merchandise flow, while ensuring appropriate associate coverage and executing action plans to optimize results. Provide in-the-moment coaching and training to maximize sales potential, partner with Store Management on performance feedback, and resolve customer service issues to deliver a positive experience. Build effective schedules for nights, weekends, and non-business hours, model the customer experience model, and display expert knowledge of product, policies, and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Previous retail experience preferred
