Job Summary
Drive daily store operations, including floor management, stockroom oversight, and merchandise flow for Express and Bonobos. Coach associates on product knowledge, policies, and procedures while building schedules to ensure optimal coverage and customer experience. Lead visual presentation standards, signage placement, and product launches, resolving service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Execute action plans to maximize sales potential and partner with management on performance feedback. Requires proficiency with retail technology and availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Previous retail experience preferred
