Job Summary
Drive daily store operations by executing floor management, stockroom oversight, and merchandise flow including shipment and replenishment. Provide in-the-moment coaching and training to associates on store procedures, product knowledge, and visual presentation standards. Build effective schedules ensuring appropriate coverage for customer experience, while monitoring service quality and resolving issues to positive outcomes. Partner with Store Management to deliver feedback on associate performance and maximize sales potential through motivation and accountability. Lead product launches and window changes, modeling the customer experience model while displaying expert knowledge of policies and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Previous retail experience preferred
