Job Summary
Drive daily store operations by executing floor management, stockroom oversight, and merchandise flow including shipment and replenishment. Provide in-the-moment coaching and training to associates on product, policy, and procedures while building effective schedules that ensure appropriate coverage. Maximize sales potential through associate motivation, performance feedback, and expert product knowledge. Resolve customer service issues effectively and model the customer experience model to deliver a great in-store shopping experience. Monitor team member service quality and support product launches, window changes, and visual presentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Previous retail experience preferred
