The role requires strong leadership in agency or contact center environments, expertise in personal lines insurance across multiple carriers, and a track record of coaching, problem-solving, and high performance in fast-paced settings. Remote-first work with occasional in-person gatherings and HQ presence in Columbus, OH; supports a collaborative, customer-centric approach to delivering valuable insurance solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years leading teams in agency and/or contact center environments
- Strong background in personal lines insurance with knowledge of multiple carriers, products, processes and state guidelines
- Coaching & Development skills for guiding teams and creating growth plans
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Top-Tier Sales Performance with consistent results and customer impact
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
