Job Summary
Sales Leader to drive revenue by positioning and selling team-based consulting engagements across Digital Transformation, SAP Implementation & Support, Legacy App Modernization & Migration, Application Development, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and AI. Role focuses on aligning client challenges with dedicated delivery teams, building long-term executive relationships, shaping demand, and leading the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing in a remote capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 15+ years of experience in consulting sales and professional services
- Experience selling consulting services or teams, not just fixed-scope projects
- Experience selling into GCC (Global Capability Centers)
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients across industries such as financial services, healthcare, or professional services
- Proven ability to close $10M to $25M+ in annual deal value
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience with pipeline management and Salesforce CRM
- Self-starter in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
