Sales Leader (Aftermarket)

Job Summary
The Aftermarket Leader oversees a team focused on driving growth in spare parts and upgrades while developing the team to achieve critical business and financial objectives. The role requires periodic travel to assess customer needs and strengthen relationships, alongside collaboration with internal sales and engineering teams. Responsibilities include establishing goals, managing P&L drivers, analyzing business metrics, executing strategic plans, negotiating sales contracts, and representing the company at trade shows. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or similar
- 5 plus years Sales experience, preferably within a similar industry
- Previous Leadership experience
- Excellent communications skills, to be able to explain technical information clearly
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects
- Ability to think analytically and creatively
- Ability to accurately interpret/read manufacturing drawings
