Sales Lead, Willow Grove Park Mall

As a Sales Lead at LOFT located in Willow Grove Park Mall, you will support and role model exceptional customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to potentially step in as manager. You’ll focus on delivering personalized service, onboarding and developing the team, upholding visual and operational standards, leveraging technology for an omnichannel experience, and coaching associates to perform at their best. You may be asked to help drive store priorities, promotions, and a inclusive environment while maintaining customer-centric operations and readiness to assume managerial responsibilities when needed. 6 months of retail sales experience and management experience are preferred, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
