Job Summary
The Associate Lead is responsible for supporting management in store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability. Duties include supervising sales associates, monitoring sales activities, handling cash transactions, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining merchandise presentation. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication skills, and at least two years of retail or sales management experience. Adaptability to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays, is needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills

- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
Additional Requirements

- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
