Job Summary
Sales Lead is responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, overseeing store operations, driving profitability, training and coaching the selling team to achieve sales and productivity goals, and delivering MAPS-based customer service. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, supervising associates handling sales and inventory, ensuring proper floor coverage, maintaining merchandising standards, coaching for product knowledge, clienteling and wardrobing, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining secure, efficient register operations. The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and consistent execution of brand standards to deliver an exceptional omni-channel customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
