Job Summary
Sales Lead position supporting Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, driving store performance and profitability. Responsibilities include supervising sales associates, managing floor coverage, training and coaching staff on product knowledge and clienteling, facilitating omnichannel customer experiences, handling opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory flow, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence to MAPS standards. Builds high-performing teams, communicates with store management, motivates staff to achieve sales and productivity goals, and maintains a positive customer experience through effective service and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers
