Job Summary
Sales Lead responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, overseeing store operations, supervising sales associates, managing schedules and floor coverage, driving sales performance, training and coaching the team on product knowledge, clienteling and wardrobing, ensuring MAPS customer service, efficient register experience, and adherence to policies; role emphasizes leadership, communication, merchandising, loss prevention, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional in-store and omni-channel customer experience across multiple brands (WHBM and related).
