Job Summary
The Sales Lead supports Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture across store operations, driving results and profitability. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, managing schedules and floor coverage, supervising sales associates, coaching on product knowledge, clienteling and wardrobing, ensuring MAPS customer service, managing cash handling and POS procedures, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive team focused on sales and customer experience. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year retail/sales management experience (preferred), 18+ years old, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role may be located in-store at a Norcross, GA location and may involve brand variations; accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
