Job Summary
Sales Lead supports management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, driving performance, supervising store team operations, coaching to achieve sales goals, and delivering MAPS-driven customer service. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, supervision of sales associates, scheduling, inventory handling, loss prevention, and ensuring brand standards and effective product knowledge. The role emphasizes developing a high-performing team, clienteling, and providing exceptional in-store service and omni-channel experiences. Located at Altamonte Springs, FL (Altamonte Mall) with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
