The Sales Lead supports Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture across store operations, driving for results, supervising sales associates, coordinating schedules for floor coverage, and upholding MAPS customer service standards. Responsibilities include overseeing opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, loss prevention, training and coaching of staff on product knowledge and selling techniques, and ensuring a fast, accurate checkout experience. The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment, developing a solid client following through clienteling and wardrobing, and resolving customer concerns while maintaining promotional and brand standards across in-store and omni-channel interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
