Job Summary
Sales Lead responsible for strategic and operational management of sales at tecRacer, owning revenue growth, pipeline health, and GTM strategy; leads enterprise sales, key accounts, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Delivery, and Product to drive growth and long-term customer partnerships; requires 8-12+ years of B2B IT/services sales, proven revenue growth, and C-level engagement in a German-English environment; location in Hanover with remote option, full-time role, and a bachelor-level or comparable qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
- 8 - 12+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT services, cloud, or digital transformation with proven new business track record
- Proven track record of owning and delivering significant revenue growth in complex B2B / enterprise environments
- Strong consultative selling skills with C-level engagement and influence
- Fluent German and English (C1)
