Job Summary
Sales Lead role in Visionworks focused on delivering the patient journey and guiding customers through eyewear selection. Responsible for meeting daily sales goals, engaging with patients, recommending products and services to meet eye care needs, measuring patients for eyewear, maintaining optical product knowledge, and supporting store operations including opening/closing in lead positions. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, and state licensing as needed; candidate should be charismatic with strong communication and leadership to drive customer satisfaction and sales in a retail optics environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
