Sales Lead

Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the face of the store, responsible for delivering the best possible journey for every patient/customer by engaging with customers, recommending products/services, measuring for eyewear, maintaining optical knowledge, and supporting store operations including opening/closing in LEAD positions. The role requires knowledge of optics, licensed requirements per state guidelines where applicable, and a focus on meeting daily sales goals and customer experience standards. HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required; compensation is hourly in a full-time role with potential bonuses/equity/commissions where applicable. In-person opportunity in Ashland, KY.
