Sales Lead

Execute daily sales goals by engaging with patients and recommending products that meet their eye care needs. Measure customers for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through continuous training, and troubleshoot eyewear requirements to ensure the Right First Time. Take patients through the complete Visionworks experience, ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human, and bold way. Open and close the store as needed to support financial and customer experience objectives. Maintain state-specific optician license requirements and dispense eyewear where licensed. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification.
