Job Summary
Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging patients/customers to recommend products meeting their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. Execute day-to-day operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification. Full-time hourly role at $13.73-$17.75 with vision coverage, paid time off, and milestone awards.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
