Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product and optical knowledge through continuous training, and executes operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment to support financial and customer experience goals. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification, with a HS diploma or GED. Full-time hourly role at $11.86-16.01 per hour in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization)
- ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
