Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging with patients to recommend products that meet their eye care needs, and measuring patients for eyewear while maintaining product knowledge. Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only. Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time through continuous training and development.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
- maintaining camera presence during meetings
- support effective communication
- support team alignment
