Job Summary
Execute daily sales goals by engaging with patients and recommending products that meet their eye care needs. Measure customers for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through continuous training, and troubleshoot eyewear requirements to ensure the Right First Time. Lead store operations by opening and closing the store as needed while maintaining state-specific optical licensing and dispensing eyewear where required. Deliver a simple, human, and bold customer journey that ensures the best possible experience for every patient.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization)
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- ABO Certification in lieu of experience
