Job Summary
Third Key OD Tech/Sales Lead is the face of the store, trained and knowledgeable about optics, products/services and managed vision care, delivering daily sales goals and guiding the Customer/Patient Experience journey. Responsibilities include engaging with patients/customers, recommending products and services, measuring eyewear needs, maintaining product knowledge through ongoing training, and supporting day-to-day operations to meet store financial and customer-experience goals (including opening/closing in LEAD positions). License requirements per state guidelines are maintained as needed. Qualifications include HS diploma or GED or equivalent related job experience and maintaining Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.
