Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging customers to recommend products meeting their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through training, and troubleshoots eyewear requirements to ensure the Right First Time. Executes day-to-day operational activities including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only. Supports financial and customer experience goals while providing a welcoming, human, and bold service model.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
- maintaining camera presence during meetings
- support effective communication
- support team alignment
