Job Summary
Lead/Sell eyewear at Visionworks store, driving the customer journey and daily sales goals. Serve as the face of the store with strong optics knowledge, guiding patients through product selections and ensuring eyewear meets their needs. Responsibilities include engaging customers, recommending products and services, measuring for eyewear, maintaining product knowledge through training, and, in Lead positions, opening/closing the store. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, and license requirements per state. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
