Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs, and measuring patients for eyewear while maintaining product knowledge through continuous training. Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only. Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
- Maintaining camera presence during meetings
- Support effective communication
- Support team alignment
- We maintain a drug-free workplace
- Perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
