Job Summary
A Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead serves as the face of the store, driving the patient/customer journey and meeting daily sales goals while ensuring eyewear needs are met. The role requires in-depth knowledge of optics, products/services, and managed vision care, with responsibilities including delivering excellent customer experiences, engaging with patients, recommending products, measuring eyewear, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations such as opening/closing in LEAD positions. Eligible for hourly pay with potential bonuses/commissions; must meet state license requirements where applicable and hold a HS diploma or GED. The position emphasizes leadership, in-store execution, and a commitment to DE&I within Visionworks’ inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- The Retail Third Key currently has and maintains license requirements per state guidelines in this role and dispenses eyewear in states where required and/if licensed
