Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by engaging with patients and customers to recommend products meeting their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through continuous training, and troubleshoot specific eyewear requirements. Execute operational tasks including store opening and closing to support financial and customer experience goals. Ensure the best execution of the customer journey while maintaining state-specific optical licensing and dispensing eyewear where required. Deliver daily sales targets through direct sales execution and product expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
