Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging patients/customers to recommend products meeting their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through continuous training, and executes operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment. Ensures eyewear is Right the First Time while supporting the store's financial and customer experience goals. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification, with a salary range of $15–$17.29 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
