Sales Lead

Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the face of the store, responsible for delivering an exceptional patient/customer journey in optics and eyewear. The role requires knowledge of optics, products/services, and managed vision care, with duties including driving daily sales goals, engaging with patients and recommending products, measuring eyewear and maintaining optical knowledge, and supporting store operations including opening/closing in LEAD positions.
